Companies to which the general public can readily turn to and obtain high quality products, installed by competent and knowledgeable trades people, who will show respect and consideration for the customers property and will install to the highest possible standards. Provide customer service both at the point of sale, during installation and post installation to ensure that the general public are protected and indeed provided with the products, service and after sales care which should be expected of any Professional Company or tradesperson.

The M.W.C.I.A TOP 100 register seeks to approve only the better quality and most knowledgeable window and conservatory companies. Indeed the TOP 100 companies.

The reward for all TOP 100 Approved Companies will be greater sales and credibility.

Such Companies and trades people must hold at the forefront of their company policies the provision of high quality products, high quality service and high quality after sales service.

These characteristics are the principals on which the M.W.C.I.A TOP 100 register operates.

“Our aim is to make the TOP 100, The Premier League of the Industry”

M.W.C.I.A. TOP 100 founder, Don Waterworth says: "Since we launched M.W.C.I.A. we have come to the conclusion that therre is still a lot to be desired in the standard of window and conservatory installations. Our plan from the outset was to raise the standard of this type of work. By selecting just 100 companies for our new TOP 100 register we can assess their work individually before we accept them into membershaip and monitor their performance constantly.

According to Don Waterworth the vetting procedure is extremely vigorous. To be included in the TOP 100 a company will need a history of business success and customer care. "It is not just a case of paying the fee and getting a membership certificate," he says. "As well as inspecting an applicant company's work we will be making in-depth checks to make sure that, among other things, a company is solvent and does not have a record of complaints with trading standards. The applicant company must have been trading for 5 years at least. Additionally every installer will be interviewed and their work inspected".
