| The following images show disturbed soldier bricks and 'racking back' due to heavy handed installers. The client must be advised as to the consequences of the lack a lintol (& tray) and the remedies available. |

| This unacceptable 'trim' under the cill shows more inappropiate and unacceptable finishing. The lack of care and respect for the clients property is evident. |

| The images below show the under cloaking pulled back to expose a 'jointed' metal box gutter. The box gutter sagged at the mid point and the joint was sealed by (you guessed it!) silicone. Result? Extensive water ingress. |

| Flash band is a temporary seal, use sparingly (if at all) do not use as shown. |
 |
| |
| Lead flashings should be dressed, wedged and sealed properly. And should not have more holes than a sieve!! |

|
| A nice simple job. A Lintol and brickwork above a door aperture. Except when the lintol is an oversized angle iron. Can you see the deflection to the brickwork. A rebuild was required. |
