Dispute resolution
Dispute resolution is provided F.O.C. to all members of the M.W.C.I.A. TOP 100 Register. This is by way of written communication to members clients, other Surveyors and / or Solicitors. Copies of all letters are sent also to the M.W.C.I.A TOP 100 member.
Where appropriate the Professional Surveyor acting on behalf of the M.W.C.I.A TOP 100 member will liaise with the M.W.C.I.A TOP 100 member, their customer or their customers professional adviser, also F.O.C.
Should a site visit or site meeting be required, a fee would be payable for this service.

Experts Reports
Expert Reports can be prepared for all members of the M.W.C.I.A TOP 100 Register at a reduced scale fee. These fees are quoted per case, dependant upon the extent of the Dispute and as to whether Legal Representatives have been instructed by the parties.

Members Technical Manual
This is a comprehensive technical Manual for the benefit of the Installers and Sales People.
The Technical Manual lists in detail the typical standards required for the Removal and Installation of Bay Windows, the Fitting of Lintels and Cavity Trays, Foundation Design and other important technical matters which would are deemed essential for any professional window and conservatory company.

The Preparation of Legal Documents (Small Claims Only under £5K) ¬
We can prepare Particulars of Claim where a claim is to be made against another party for non payment.
Equally we can prepare a Defence or a Defence and Counterclaim where an M.W.C.I.A TOP 100 member is being sued and wishes to Defend and / or Defend and make a Counterclaim against the claim.
Fees are payable for this service, this fee is quoted per case dependant upon the intricacies of the case.

Technical / Legal Helpline
All members of the M.W.C.I.A TOP 100 register are provided with a dedicated telephone number which gives direct access to a Professional Surveyor. All M.W.C.I.A. TOP 100 Consultant Surveyors possess extensive knowledge of technical and legal matters regarding building disputes pertinent to the installation of windows, conservatories, roof line and general building works.
This technical and legal helpline is provided from 8am - 6 pm 7 Monday to Saturday.
