When a company becomes TOP 100 registered, the consumer would expect a high standard of care, respect, product quality, workmanship and after sales service. It is highly unlikely that a sole trader or the like could provide such a level of Professional service, and therefore registration into the TOP 100 will more than likely be attained by larger companies.
(Nevertheless we do invite high quality sole traders and smaller companies to apply as we understand that larger does not necessarily mean better.)
TOP 100 applicant companies should seek to meet the following criteria:
- Applicant Company must be nominated by a well respected company or individual within the industry.
- Applicant Company should operate from a prestigious showroom(s) or show site(s). However a showroom or show site is not a prerequisite to TOP 100 registration.
- Applicant Company must have been trading for at least 5 Years and be solvent at time of application.
- The above 5 years trading criteria can be relaxed provided that the company owners can provide suitable references.
- Applicant Company (when vetted) must show a high level of professionalism within the area of Managment and Administration, Technical Experience, Quality of Products, Installation & Care of consumers property and After Sales Service.
- A Suitable 'Service Engineer' system should be in operation.
