This Technical Manual, is the most comprehensive guide ever produced for the industry and shows a commitment of the M.W.C.I.A. to provide a high level of technical guidance to all TOP 100 registered companies.
The Technical Manual, when used at Point of Sale, instils confidence and peace of mind to your customers, there is no other Technical Manual like it in the industry. This gives your sales force an immense advantage over your competitors who may not be suitable for TOP 100 registration.
LEGAL BENEFITS
We offer advice and guidance on Contract Terms, Contractual Disputes. We can provide (for a fee) Particulars of Claim, where a member wishes to sue a member of the general public or another tradesperson for monies owed.
We can also provide Defence and / or Defence and Counterclaim (for a fee) should a member be sued by a member of the general public or another tradesperson.
These Legal documents would normally be used in cases under £5,000.00 and where a Small Claims Track would be the norm.
Legal and Technical advice over the telephone is provided F.O.C. and all members are given a dedicated telephone number to allow for direct contact with a qualified Professional Building Surveyor throughout the week between the hours of 8 am - 6 pm.
